CHANGING PLACES FACILITY 

The Gracechurch Centre is home to a Changing Places facility. The facility is fully equipped with adult-sized, height adjustable changing benches and hoists. Every aspect of the design, down to the colour of the tiles and paint, has been carefully selected to create a friendly, welcoming environment.

The facility is located on the First Floor of the car park, next to Customer Care.

TOILETS FOR PERSONS WITH A DISABILITY

Our disabled toilets are fully compliant with the latest health and safety standards. These toilets are located in the north side of the centre, near to Barclays bank and the lifts. Access to these toilets require the use of a radar key. The closest place to purchase a radar key is at Timpson within The Gracechurch Centre.

PARKING FOR PERSONS WITH A DISABILITY

Disabled parking spaces are available on levels 1, 3 and 5 of the car park (please note, level 5 of the car park is currently temporarily closed).

If you do not require the use of a parking bay for persons with a disability, please park in a non-blue parking space. The blue parking spaces are reserved for our customers who have a disability.

SHOPMOBILITY

Wheelchairs and scooters can be hired from the Shopmobility service which is available from Customer Care (first floor of the car park). Please note, Shopmobility scooters would have to be booked 24 hours in advance, and first-time customers would have to bring 2 forms of ID or one photo ID and utility/bank statement.

SUNFLOWER LANYARDS
